OUTREACH INITIATIVE 
     Beginning this September, & as part of the Outreach Initiative, a three-session training will be held at Faith Lutheran Church (Marietta).  These sessions offer insights on Sharing Christ one on one.  Each five-hour session includes lunch & childcare. 
Session 1:The Power of One—Sharing Christ One on One - Sept. 14 Session 2:The Power of Some—Sharing Christ as a Congregation     Session 3:The Power of the Net — Sharing Christ Digitally.   Please call or email the church if you plan to attend. There are plans to carpool from Prince of Peace.    

Noisy Offering- every 1st and 3rd Sundays. Bring your loose change and help support LWML missions. Next collection is Sept. 15.

Help Needed- Nursery needs volunteers. Sign up sheet is in church entryway.

The Learning Center has several collection projects that you can support. We collect BoxTops for Education, Labels for Education and Kellog's product codes. These help us provide learning materials and school supplies for the preschool. Bring in your used Ink and Toner Cartridges,  Cell Phones,  DVDs,  Digital Cameras, and Laptops for our POP Recycle Program. Collection bin located in commons.
